Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations within a 50-mile radius of Baytown, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising janitorial staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities at various sites
Supervise and train janitorial staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Travel within a 50-mile radius of Baytown, including Pearland, Webster, Texas City, and other nearby areas
Qualifications:
Proven experience in janitorial or facilities management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel within specified radius
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
