Job Title: Janitorial Lead
Location: Spring, TX (Travel within 50 miles radius including Livingston, TX)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites within the Spring, TX area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient workflow. Must be flexible and able to travel within a 50-mile radius of Spring, TX, including Livingston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Conduct regular inspections of assigned sites to maintain quality control.
Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Schedule and prioritize cleaning tasks based on site requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding service quality and issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Travel within a 50-mile radius of Spring, TX, including Livingston, TX, as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to travel within specified radius and manage multiple sites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
