Part-Time Janitor / Light Maintenance Technician - Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while performing basic maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Pay & Schedule:
$16.50 Hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
General cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
Remove trash and recycling materials
Cut grass and maintain landscaping
Apply mulch and maintain flower beds
Rake and blow leaves, including removal of debris from the roof
Water and care for plants around the facility
Assist with sorting and organizing incoming materials
Perform other duties as assigned
Painting and touch-up work
Changing light bulbs
Sweeping, mopping, and general facility upkeep
Pressure washing building exteriors and walkways
Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Assist with minor facility repairs as needed
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic maintenance and repair skills preferred
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
