Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Temporary Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City through August 25. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and outdoor spaces while assisting with general facility upkeep and seasonal grounds maintenance.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred
Manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Clean offices, production areas, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and handwashing stations
Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces as needed
Organize and maintain janitorial storage areas and cleaning equipment
Monitor janitorial supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, hedge trimming, blowing debris, and weed control
Assist with facility cleanup projects and other assigned tasks
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to management
Preferred Qualifications
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
Basic grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, reaching, and climbing ladders throughout the shift
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment while following all safety procedures
Work Environment
