Pay: $16.90-$23.37
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: Maintain main facility, as well as corporate offices, and locations not on campus in a sanitary and infection free condition through washing, cleaning, and replacement of equipment; responsible for the disposal of trash; Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures; Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them; Service, clean, and supply restrooms; Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Perform other related work as required.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Ability to repetitively lift heavy equipment of 50 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working others. Knowledge of employment, safety, and warehouse policies.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 50 lbs rarely, 20 lbs occasionally, and 10 lbs frequently.
Work Environment: Works in hot and/or cold temperatures and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
