Schedule: Full-time, including weekends as necessary

Experience Required: 5+ years custodial management experience required; K-12 or higher education experience required

Job Summary:
The K-12 Operations Manager is an employee assigned to provide leadership and oversite of Premiere Building Maintenances janitorial service operation in the Charleston County School District. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the successes and failures of a janitorial services team of at least five (5) area managers, administrative personnel, and 120+ custodians, day porters, floor technicians, and supervisors.
The Operations Manager sets high standards with goals that are achievable. Business administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical to ensure that customer satisfaction, company financial, and staffing and retention goals are met.
The scope of this position includes but is not limited to managing customer relations, developing managers, maintaining communication with upper management, managing monthly budgets, approving supply and equipment orders, directing the hiring process, inspecting facilities, performing performance appraisals, directing the training of employees, etc.
