- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Good work history with the ability to explain any gaps in employment
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other janitorial duties throughout the shift
Industrial Janitorial Associate Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain industrial work areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed
- Clean and sanitize surfaces according to company standards
- Replenish supplies in designated areas
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
- Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned
Pay and Schedule
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Full-Time Position
