This position services federal facilities and requires individuals who are reliable, professional and able to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest cleaning standards.Janitorial Services TechnicianLocations: Dayton, Troy, and Xenia Employment Type: Part-Time: Monday to Friday (3 days a week) between 8:00 am to 4:00 pmPay: $23.09 per hourEssential Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning services including:Empty trash and replace linersVacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furnitureSweep, damp mop, and clean hard surface floorsClean and disinfect restroomsRestock restroom suppliesDust furniture, baseboards, blinds, vents, and windowsillsClean interior and exterior glass surfacesSpot clean doors and high-touch surfacesWash trash receptaclesDe-scale toilets and urinalsClean drinking fountainsMaintain entrance walk-off matsClean HVAC vents and returnsReplace burned-out light bulbs when requiredQualifications:Successful candidates will have:Previous commercial, office, medical, or government janitorial experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyExcellent reliability and attendanceProfessional appearance and communication skillsAbility to safely use commercial cleaning equipment and chemicalsAbility to lift approximately 40 poundsAbility to bend, kneel, stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workdayValid driver's license and dependable transportation Security Requirements:Because this position supports federal facilities, selected candidates must:Successfully pass a criminal background investigation prior to beginning workBe eligible to work in the United StatesPresent government-issued photo identificationBe able to work in federally controlled facilitiesRegistered sex offenders are not eligible for employment in these locations.
