  • Schedule: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Night Shift)

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example to keep our facility shining. In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Team Lead, supervising employees and assisting the Manager to ensure the building is cleaned perfectly according to scope.
  • Oversee your weekend crew and coordinate special cleaning tasks.
  • Jump in and assist with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Operate site golf carts safely to transport equipment and crew members.
  • Utilize your knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures, applications, and methods.
What You Bring To The Team
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Custodial Supervisor or similar cleaning leadership role.
  • A valid NC driver's license (must be able to drive a golf cart).
  • Heavy-lifting capability-comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs repetitively.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
