Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable individuals for a Part-Time Janitorial Specialist position in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will help maintain clean, sanitized, and organized commercial spaces while working independently in a professional environment. Candidates with experience in custodial work, office cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, or commercial maintenance are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required-paid training is provided.
Job Details
• Position: Part-Time
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Shift: Evening & Overnight Shift
• Schedule: Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 PM-3:00 AM
• Additional Shift: Saturday | 6:00 PM-11:00 PM
• Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
Primary Duties
• Perform routine commercial cleaning and janitorial services
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, entrances, and shared areas
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and remove trash
• Refill restroom and breakroom supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout assigned facilities
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment
• Complete cleaning assignments efficiently and independently
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours
• Capable of handling physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
