Janitorial

The Nascence Group is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our small office facility of approximately 3,000 square feet. The ideal candidate will ensure that all common areas, restrooms, and office spaces are kept clean, organized, safe, and presentable at all times.

This position requires an individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates professionalism, and can work independently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. 

Job Title: Janitorial 
Location: Stroudsburg, PA 18360
Duration: Part-Time. 
Hourly Rate: $22/hr
Shift: 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Daytime/Morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and clean flooring throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and maintain common areas and office spaces
• Perform dusting and general cleaning duties as needed
• Replenish paper products and maintain supply levels
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• Good time management and organizational skills

Additional Information

• Small office space approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
• All cleaning supplies, products, and paper goods will be provided by the company.
