Regional Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Janitorial Superintendent candidates for an apartment complex located in ORANGE COUNTY NY. One (1) position requires onsite residency and the other does not. The candidates we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork and cleaning. The candidates must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance.
