About the Position
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple facilities
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance
- Assist with cleaning duties when additional coverage is needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and address questions or concerns
- Help coordinate schedules and ensure daily operations run efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
