What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising janitorial staff and ensuring high cleaning standards are met.
- Training new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality assurance.
- Coordinating schedules and managing daily operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
