Experience, enjoys working individually and can lead and work as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.Duties & Responsibilities:Clean Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assignedproperty. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc.Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs,furniture, and drapes.Stock Wash and stock all paper products, soaps and supplies in bathrooms.Additional Pick up and empty trash containers. High Cleaning Required. Training Provided.Required Qualification:High school diploma or GED preferred.Detail-oriented, confidential, and professionalAbility to read, write and speak English.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull.US Citizen or Permanent ResidentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneouslyRequires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the publicMust demonstrate the ability to lead staff.
