ServiceMaster C&C Facility Services is hiring a Janitorial Team Lead to support our commercial cleaning team at the Tesla facility in Sparks, Nevada.This hands-on leadership role works alongside team members to help maintain cleaning standards, safety expectations, and customer service. Our Tesla operation runs 24 hours a day across three shifts, offering schedule flexibility and shift-based pay opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the janitorial team during assigned shiftsTrain employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and facility expectationsEnsure team members are in assigned areas and meeting service standardsInspect work areas and confirm required cleaning is completedRespond to customer requests and communicate service needsCoordinate work orders, periodic cleaning, and special projectsMonitor supplies, equipment, and staffing needsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a dependable, team-focused person who enjoys helping others succeed and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards. You should be comfortable guiding team members, communicating clearly, staying organized, and paying attention to details that keep the facility clean and safe. Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or team lead experience is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and grow.This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent bending, and the ability to push or pull cleaning carts and equipment.
