We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Janitorial Team Member will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of public areas, meeting rooms, and bathrooms.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Performs general clean-up of all areas of the building as directedMonitors for spills throughout the facility and clean as neededCleans all floor surfaces and glass in facilityCleans and maintain all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, restock supplies, etc.) Cleans all guest seating and lobby areaFacility trash & recycles removalProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests provide answers and directions as needed Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job ordersRemove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-upHandle emergency cleaning and upkeep requestsComplete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Housekeeping/janitorial/porter experience preferredHigh school diploma/GED required or working towards itWillingness to work a variety of shiftsAbility to work well under minimal supervisionCapacity to take direction and follow throughStrong attention to detailMust be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessaryMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendAbility to navigate around the facility for long periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
