Janitorial Technician - Northborough, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness of all assigned areas
• Maintain restrooms by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a healthy environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
