Janitorial Technician

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Keep buildings clean and in orderly condition
• Cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, hallways, stairwells, lounges, washing glass and removing rubbish
• Gather and empty trash
• Steam clean and shampooing carpets
• Snow Removal during winter months

Qualifications:

• Must work well in a team environment
• Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to work well without supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Safe and neat work habits
