Brief Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work independently, without supervision, to perform general detailed cleaning duties for all common areas of the community. Respond to special needs as directed by management.
- Follow the Janitorial Cleaning Schedule for completion of daily, weekly, monthly requirements.
- Dust, vacuum, clean, sanitize, mop, and dispose of trash to the building.in common areas.
- Be familiar with cleaning solvents.
- Replenish disposable supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, to avoid resident inconvenience in common area.
- Notify management for follow up on residential rule violations or problems on the property
- Assist with maintenance related projects as requested; including meeting set-up, landscape, etc.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and submit request for orders, as needed.
- Operate various cleaning equipment as necessary.
- Use OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
- Must have a CPO or be willing to become CPO certified.
