Ensure kitchen preparation stations and work areas remain clean and sanitized. Operate clean and maintain dishwashing machines and kitchen appliances. Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards. Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and kitchen surfaces. Sweep and mop floors especially after spills breakages or accidents. Remove trash rinse garbage containers and maintain cleanliness throughout the workspace. Assist with additional cleaning and sanitization duties as needed. Support a positive team environment and uphold company quality standards. Maintain regular attendance and work assigned schedules including overtime when required.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required. Dedication to maintaining high standards of hospitality and food service excellence. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
