Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Japanese Language Fluency
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to drive vehicles for tasks such as dealership visits and refueling
  • Self-Motivated and proactive in task management
  • Strong Customer Service Capability
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in translation tasks
  • Previous experience managing a small vehicle fleet
  • Experience in executive schedule management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain Monthly Development Costs Reports, including manhours and expense tracking
  • Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally
  • Manage executives' schedules
  • Arrange travel for a team of fewer than 15 members
  • Perform translation tasks as necessary
  • Maintain a small fleet of fewer than 20 vehicles, including scheduling and routine maintenance arrangements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
