The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, proactive, andresults-oriented Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join ourremote team. With a heightened focus on business development and revenuegeneration, this role is crucial for securing new client partnerships in anevolving economic landscape.
You will be on the front lines, proactively conductingoutreach, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
This is a full-time, remote position with a strict setschedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in your local time zone).
What Success Looks Like
Daily Activity Expectations:
- 30-60outbound cold calls
- 10-30personalized cold email campaigns
- Target:Minimum 6 quality client connects per week
- Meetor exceed monthly sales quota

Primary Responsibilities
New Business Development (Primary Focus):
- Conducthigh-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate newclient accounts
- Qualifyinbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Researchtarget markets and identify decision-makers at prospective companies
- Buildand maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM system
- Scheduleappointments and demos for senior sales team
- Negotiateand close deals when appropriate
- Trackall activities and maintain accurate CRM records
Light Recruiting Support (Secondary):
- Occasionalcandidate sourcing for high-priority positions
- Basicresume screening when needed to support team during peak times
Required Qualifications
- Fluentin Japanese and English (both written and verbal)
- Comfortablemaking 30+ cold calls daily without hesitation
- Strongphone presence and persuasive communication skills
- Self-directedwork style-you manage your own time and priorities
- Highenergy, competitive nature, and quota-driven mindset
- Abilityto work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Reliablehome office setup with strong internet connection
- Demonstratedability to adhere to a strict remote work schedule and maintainhigh activity levels
- Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proventrack record in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Experiencein staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales
- Familiaritywith CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
