Job Title: Japanese & English Bilingual Data Governance Consultant
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $64.55/hr W2

Overview
Seeking a Japanese and English bilingual consultant to support AD's Sponsored Repo enablement following the FOX Upgrade Project. The role focuses on downstream data flow rationalization, governance, and migration to a unified Golden Source Architecture with Izumi as the enterprise data hub.

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Discovery

• Identify systems referencing FOX (including non-RDB consumers)
• Map data flows, dependencies, and document current-state architecture
• Lead stakeholder workshops and produce discovery report

Phase 2 – Design Governance

• Lead requirements sessions (ingestion logic, batch logic)
• Produce functional/non-functional requirements
• Govern solution design reviews and maintain traceability documentation

Phase 3 – Validation Oversight

• Define data parity validation strategy and acceptance criteria
• Lead defect triage and review test results
• Produce validation summary and sign-off documentation

Phase 4 – Transition Management

• Define migration strategy for downstream systems
• Coordinate cutover planning and readiness assessments
• Produce migration runbooks and lead go/no-go decisions

Qualifications

• Japanese & English bilingual (required)
• Strong experience in data governance, architecture, and enterprise data migration
• Financial services experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
