Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Java AI Developer with strong Agentic AI and Salesforce experience to build and integrate intelligent, AI-driven enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development expertise along with hands-on experience in Agentic AI solutions, Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI / AI Agent solutions into enterprise workflows and applications.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop APIs and services enabling interaction between Salesforce, AI agents, and backend systems.
- Work with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent workflows.
- Support integration with Contact Center, IVR, and customer support applications, where applicable.
- Develop scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, AI, Salesforce, and engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agent-based applications
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, and tool/function calling
- Strong Salesforce experience is mandatory, particularly Salesforce integration with external applications and APIs
- Experience developing and integrating enterprise-scale applications
- Good understanding of cloud environments, APIs, security, and CI/CD
Good to Have
- Capital Markets / Financial Services domain experience
- Experience with Contact Center, IVR, or Customer Support applications
- Experience with Playwright for automation/testing
- Experience with event-driven or messaging technologies
Experience
- 6+ years of overall development experience, with strong hands-on Java development and relevant experience in AI/Agentic AI and Salesforce.
