Job Description
Pay rate is $70 to $75 per hour
- Proven experience designing and developing algorithmic trading systems for equity markets.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience with a focus on building, enhancing, and supporting trading applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within highly technical, team-oriented environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple departments, geographic regions, and international locations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects toward successful completion.
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing reliable, high-performance trading solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
