Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java API Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and backend architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable integration solutions, implementing high-performance APIs, and working with modern cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across multiple systems.
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and availability.
Utilize container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift to support application deployment and orchestration.
Develop scalable microservices and backend applications using Spring Boot, following best practices and industry-standard design patterns.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and responsiveness.
Guide the development of responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
Develop unit and integration tests using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMock.
Ensure code quality and security compliance using tools like Sonar, Fortify, and WebInspect.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for microservices, including architecture, design decisions, and implementation guidelines.
Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production challenges.
Support database design and optimization activities for integration systems, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and backend architecture.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures; AWS experience/certification preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
