Requirements:
- Java, Spring boot, Microservices
- Cloud architecture and deployments
- Datastores such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
- Strong SME-level engineers with a hands-on and principal engineer mindset
- Proven experience in building secure, scalable platform services
- Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices
- Individuals with the right attitude—self-driven, ownership-oriented, and not just task executors
