Event-Driven Architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns.
Application Modernization & Upgrades
Proven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies.
Automation & Engineering Productivity
Extensive experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes.
AI-Assisted Software Engineering
Hands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK, with a track record of building production-ready agents.
Low-Code Platforms
Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform
