We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with AI expertise to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Core Java, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, messaging platforms, databases, and AI-powered application development. Experience integrating AI technologies such as LLMs, AI APIs, or intelligent automation into enterprise applications is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build high-performance backend services using Core Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and services.
• Design and implement distributed systems with high availability and scalability.
• Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Amazon SQS, and SNS.
• Optimize application performance through profiling, monitoring, and tuning.
• Develop secure applications compliant with PCI-DSS, PII, SOX, and enterprise security standards.
• Design and manage data solutions using Cassandra, Couchbase, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Implement caching solutions using Redis, Hazelcast, or Memcached.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD implementation, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and advanced Java concepts.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with messaging technologies including Kafka, Amazon SQS, and SNS.
• Expertise in performance tuning and application optimization.
• Experience with Cassandra, Couchbase, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, or Memcached.
• Experience implementing secure, compliant enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Gradle, and unit testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory AI Experience

• Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Ability to integrate AI capabilities into Java-based enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and modern AI development practices is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
