Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite Hybrid – 3 Days per Week)
Rate: $50/hr – $55/hr

Job Overview
We are seeking a strong Java Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a hybrid onsite role requiring 3 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java development, microservices architecture, and performance optimization, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java-based applications
Build and enhance microservices using Spring Boot
Develop and consume RESTful Web Services
Implement multi-threaded applications and optimize performance
Integrate messaging solutions using MQ/Kafka
Work with MS SQL and ensure efficient database integration
Perform performance engineering and tuning
Apply strong design principles and best practices
Collaborate with front-end teams working on Angular/React applications
Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to improve development productivity
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team collaboration
