Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
Utilize Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration and management.
Implement monitoring and performance optimization using AppDynamics (ApPD) and Datadog.
Ensure applications are scalable and reliable to meet the demands of large-scale customer operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Support and enhance existing applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Integrate and maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer or similar role.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration.
Proficiency in using AppDynamics (ApPD) and Datadog for monitoring and performance optimization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy applications at scale.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with customer operations and support applications.
IVR experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Publications or contributions to the software development community.
