Position Summary Required Skills:- AngularJS: Advanced
- IT Service Management (ITSM): Advanced
- Java Engineering: Advanced
- ServiceNow: Advanced
Role Requirements:- Onshore role requiring the ability to manage and communicate with clients during U.S. business hours.
- Must possess hands-on experience with Java, AngularJS, ITSM, and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Experience providing L2 application/production support is required.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and client-facing communication skills.
Work Location:- Indianapolis, IN Hybrid
- Expected to spend approximately 30 50% of the time onsite at Eli Lilly HQ in Indianapolis, IN.
