Location : Alpharetta, GA - Onsite Hybrid - 3 Days a week (folks need to come for R2 client interview in-person )
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with solid knowledge of messaging systems and multithreading. This role requires working in a hybrid onsite model and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and support Microservices-based architectures
- Develop and consume RESTful Web Services
- Implement and optimize multithreaded and concurrent processing
- Work with Kafka/MQ messaging systems for event-driven solutions
- Perform SQL development and database integration with MS SQL
- Conduct performance tuning and performance engineering
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular or React
- Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams
- Support production deployments and troubleshooting
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Java Fundamentals
- Proficiency in Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Experience with RESTful Web Services
- Solid knowledge of Multi-Threading and Concurrency
- Experience with Kafka or MQ messaging systems
- Strong MS SQL / database integration skills
- Experience in Performance Engineering and tuning
- Good system design and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Angular or React
- Familiarity with AI development tools (Copilot preferred) and Excellent communication and collaboration skills
