Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Developer(Java + Kubernetes + KAFKA + Spring Boot) for their Tampa, FL location.

- Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
- Hands on Java , Spring Boot ,Microservices,Kafka Kubernetes experiences .
- Experience in development leveraging Github copilot and Claude Code.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issuesAdds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices ,Kafka, Kubernetes,Spring Security.
- Very Strong in Kafka .
- Self Learner , Take ownership of the deliverables without micro management.
- Proficiency in using claude code and Github Copilot for Development.
- Good Experience in SQL, Oracle DB, Performance Tuning .
- Build and deployment tools like Jenkins
- Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
- Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving
- Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.
- Preferrable Skills:
- Banking Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge in Banking ISO /Swift Standards
- Years of Experience: 12.00 Years of Experience
