Java Developer - Madison, WI - Contract (W2/C2C)
This remote contract position involves supporting the development of custom applications and legacy systems. The role requires collaboration with team members to design software solutions, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues. The contract is until June 2027, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.
- Utilize development tools to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Java development.
- 3 years of experience in JavaScript programming.
- 2 years of experience with SQL databases.
- Experience with financial systems, including invoicing and billing, is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
