Java Developer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) (3-4 days/week on site )
Duration: 12+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION - Hands-on Coding, design and testing of changes in the Rates and Credit eTrading platform
- Changes including ECN connectivity, Pricing, RFQ processing, Pricing and STP.
- Focus on low latency, capacity and performance in terms of messaging layer, caching of data, management of data structures and concurrency.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS - Languages – Server-side Java and / or C++, Python
- Messaging - Solace, Kafka, Aeron, MQ
- SQL/DB – SQL, DB (MS SQL, Oracle)
- DevOps - Jenkins, GitHub actions, urbancode.
NICE TO HAVE - AWS – S3, SQS, SSM, KMS, etc
- 2+ years of application development in Front-Office Fixed Income, EQ or FX platforms.
