Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to build and maintain scalable, distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, expertise in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop distributed applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and event-driven services.
  • Develop microservices using Kafka and GraphQL.
  • Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, TDD, BDD, and Cucumber.
  • Work with MongoDB or DynamoDB for data storage.
  • Implement authentication and security using JWT and OAuth.
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Java, JUnit, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB or DynamoDB.
  • Experience with TDD, BDD, and Cucumber.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS development environment.
  • Cloud experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
