We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, ReactJS, and Cloud technologies, with the ability to drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.

Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.

Lead microservices-based application design and cloud-native development.

Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.

Drive code quality, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews.

Support deployment and operations in AWS/Azure environments.

Required Experience

15+ years of software development experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Hands-on experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
