Pay Range: $55.00- $60.00/hour on W2 or C2C

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular (13+/16), Microservices, and AWS to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Vanguard and possess excellent leadership, architecture, and hands-on development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of full-stack applications.
• Convert functional requirements, UI prototypes, and mid-tier design specifications into scalable system designs.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Build responsive front-end applications using Angular 16, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.
• Develop and integrate backend services with RESTful APIs and cloud-based solutions.
• Guide and mentor development team members, resolving technical challenges and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with UI leads, mid-tier leads, business analysts, designers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical collaboration sessions.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
• Quickly identify and escalate production or environment issues through the appropriate incident management process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Prior Vanguard project experience is mandatory.
