Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our technology team as a mid to senior level developer based in Newark, DE.
• This onsite contract position involves collaborating with business and tech partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Ideal candidates have 8 to 12 years of experience, preferably in finance, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A supportive team environment awaits those ready to engage and influence across technology and business domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver solutions.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats.
• Research and resolve issues independently while supporting team transparency.
• Engage and influence teams across technology and business sectors.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to address challenges.

Qualifications:
• 8 to 12 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
• Experience with persistence frameworks and messaging systems.
• Familiarity with web services, microservices, and agile development.
• Experience in front-end web development and use of relevant frameworks.
