Senior Full Stack Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience, including significant experience in full-stack software development, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps practices.
This individual should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build and consume RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React (Redux preferred) or Angular, along with HTML5 and CSS.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Leverage GCP services including:
Compute Engine
Cloud Run
Cloud SQL
Cloud Storage
Pub/Sub
Cloud Functions
Memory Store for Redis
Application Monitoring / Log Analytics
Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Perform Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), regression testing, and performance testing.
Implement UI and end-to-end automated testing using frameworks such as:
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
Optimize application performance, including JVM tuning and profiling.
Ensure code quality through best practices, automated testing, peer reviews, and maintainability standards.
Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and technology selection decisions.
Partner with Product Managers to break complex business requirements into incremental, production-ready user stories.
Establish development best practices that maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
Execute API Load & Performance (L&P) testing for APIs and application modules.
Utilize DevOps and software delivery tools including:
Jenkins
Tekton
SonarQube
Checkmarx
FOSSA
GitHub
Required Skills
5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable, production-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Experience architecting service layers and implementing enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of:
Spring Data JPA
Hibernate
Design patterns
Transaction management
Performance optimization
Spring Security
OAuth2
JWT authentication
Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
4+ years of experience building complex, production-level applications using React.
Expertise with:

Frontend performance optimization
Strong understanding of testing frameworks such as:
