We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience, along with practical experience using Claude/Anthropic AI tools in software development.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React or Angular.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
Work with SQL and relational databases to design data models and optimize queries.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and development guidance to engineering teams.
Participate in architecture discussions and make recommendations on application design, technology selection, and development standards.
Leverage Claude/Anthropic AI tools to support coding, code analysis, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test generation, and application modernization.
Evaluate AI-generated code and ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, business analysts, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and cloud-based deployments.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes through AI-assisted engineering and automation.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in software development, with strong experience in Java.
3+ years of experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role.
Hands-on experience using Claude/Anthropic AI tools for software development or engineering workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
Strong SQL and relational database experience.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices, and application performance.
