Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Java Full Stack Lead Developer for their Boston, MA/Lake Mary, FL/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop modern UI solutions using Angular.
• Implement containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.
• Work with Kafka and MQ for event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• This is a hands-on development role requiring strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud-native technologies, and AI-assisted development tools.
• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Frontend development using Angular 19+ and RxJS.
• Experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.
• Expertise in Kafka, MQ, and event-driven systems.
• Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Preferred Skills
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
