Locations: Atlanta, GA (Local to Atlanta GA only)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$49/Hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 8 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS, and application security, along with proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership across application development, integration, and cloud-native solutions.
• Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Contribute to front-end development and oversee integration between front-end interfaces and backend services.
• Design secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Drive solution design while ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, customers, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery of complex enterprise initiatives.
• Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage build and dependency processes using Maven/Gradle.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of experience in software development with significant experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Spring Data and Spring Security.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2/JWT and API security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience in enterprise system integration and API programming.
• Experience with Maven and/or Gradle.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Strong API programming experience.
• Experience with enterprise application integration.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
