Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven development, along with proven leadership in driving end-to-end solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
- Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables
- Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
- Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
- Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
- Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
- Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
- Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools
Functional & Leadership Skills
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into solutions
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in distributed global teams (onshore/offshore model)
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
- Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional)
