Locations: Bridgewater NJ or Cary NC
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence, Agile delivery, DevOps adoption, and AI-assisted software development. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor development teams in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, and implementation strategies for complex enterprise applications.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, plan sprint deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide development teams while providing technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage production support, issue resolution, application enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• Build and deploy cloud-native, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies to improve developer productivity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development with technical leadership responsibilities.

• Experience working in global delivery models with onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Exposure to Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture best practices and enterprise application modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer on enterprise applications.
