Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ/ Cary, NC. The ideal candidate with experience leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while driving technical strategy, architecture, and Agile program execution.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Full Stack Technical Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS technologies.
Drive technical architecture decisions, solution design reviews, and development best practices to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead Agile Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams.
Develop and manage cloud-native applications, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps processes to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Support production environments by resolving complex technical issues, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
12+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, and Enterprise Application Development, including technical leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application architectures.
Proven experience leading Agile development teams, driving solution architecture and technical design, mentoring developers, and managing enterprise-scale application delivery across global teams.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $54.00 per hour
