Job Title: Java Full Stack Developers / Java Backend developers
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) In-Person Interview Mandatory.
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side applications and APIs. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance systems.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
  • Design and build RESTful APIs / Microservices
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • Implement business logic, security, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
  • Ensure code quality using best practices and design patterns
Required Skills
  • Strong in Java (Core + Advanced)
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on with REST APIs
  • Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle
Good to Have
  • Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
  • Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines
