Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of Java application development experience. 5+ years of experience leading Java application development teams. 3+ years of ReactJS UI development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in:

Java, J2EE Spring Boot, Spring MVC REST APIs, Microservices Architecture ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and application security. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Leadership

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Provide technical guidance to development teams across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS technologies. Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.

Full-Stack Development

Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. Build responsive and modern user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Design and implement API integrations with internal and external systems. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
